Yoga at Home

Sundays 8 pm (online)

Yin Yoga, as a practice for deep inner peace and relaxation invites us to reconnect in a gentle and compassionate way with our body, mind and soul. By holding poses for a longer period it increases our ability to be in the present moment and slowly brings us closer to our authentic self.
Yin Yoga invites us to meet our inner resistance and shows us how to find a place of comfort in a not-so-comfortable place as well as noticing our thoughts and reactions from a perspective of calmness. Yin Yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body with the aim to restore a healthy range of motion, to unblock the flow of nutrients and energy through the body, and to draw you deeper and deeper into the parasympathetic, or relaxation, mode.

A wonderful practice to recharge and give back to your body, mind, and spirit when life gets busy, demanding or overwhelming.

Tuesday 12.15 - 1 pm
Thursday 12.15 - 1 pm

Take a break, take a breath.  A short practice, ideal for break time to  stretch and move, breath and switch of for a moment.  You will improve focus and concentration, and feel reenergized for your afternoon.
