One hour introduction to Yoga with exercises (asanas), breath work and meditation. This is a good place to start from when you are looking for some balance to stress and want to start nurture your body and never done Yoga. A great way to make yourself familiar with Yoga and learn its basics.

A session with a variety of yoga exercises (asanas), breath work and meditation. My love for stories and poetry weaves together with the theory and practice of Yoga and gives each session a particular
theme which offers some inspiration for contemplation and nurturing your growth and wellbeing. A session for all who want to feel more suppleness in their bodies, peace in their minds and love & joy
in their hearts.

Suffer with stiffness or pain? Learn to building strength and mobility through everyday movement! This specialist session is using a chair for practicing Yoga - a great way of truly making ‘yoga is for everybody’. The chair is offering real support and it is the way to go for when you have balance issues, feel due to inflexibility or age more confident to do it this way, injury which does not allow you to practice on the floor. It not only has the benefits of regular yoga, such as helping with stress, pain, and fatigue — but it can also help with joint lubrication, balance, and even age-specific issues.

This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. All of the classes at Simply Space Yoga Room attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.

A practice for deep inner peace and relaxation. We are holding floor-based poses for a longer period (Yin Yoga) to release deep tension and come closer to our authentic self. This will be followed by a Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) to tap into a deep calm and peace and be ready for a good night sleep. A wonderful practice to recharge and give back to your body, mind, and spirit when life gets
busy, demanding or overwhelming.
