A session with a variety of yoga exercises (asanas), breath work and meditation. My love for stories and poetry weaves together with the theory and practice of Yoga and gives each session a particular
theme which offers some inspiration for contemplation and nurturing your growth and wellbeing. A session for all who want to feel more suppleness in their bodies, peace in their minds and love & joy
in their hearts. All levels welcome.

Suffer with stiffness or pain? Learn to building strength and mobility through everyday movement! This specialist session is using a chair for practicing Yoga - a great way of truly making ‘yoga is for everybody’. The chair is offering real support and it is the way to go for when you have balance issues, feel due to inflexibility or age more confident to do it this way, injury which does not allow you to practice on the floor. It not only has the benefits of regular yoga, such as helping with stress, pain, and fatigue — but it can also help with joint lubrication, balance, and even age-specific issues.

GENTLE YOGA
This session is available online and in-studio.
Wednesday 6 pm - 7:15 pm
These sessions are a gentler style of hatha yoga practice. It is performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions, and includes extended time for meditation, yogic breath work, and relaxation. A wonderful way to rest and restore. Modifications with props are possible to help you to enjoy the benefits of yoga and it allows you to move at a comfortable pace. This sessions are especially great for everyone with injuries, pain, mobility or health issues or those who run a very stressful life and like to balance this with a slow pace on the mat.

Introduction to Yoga course
Curious about Yoga? You were recommended Yoga but not sure where to start? The 6 weeks courses exploring the basics of yoga at a gentle pace with lots of assists and space to ask questions. Ideal for all those who for the first time put their toe into the vast ocean of Yoga - so to speak. You will learn foundation yoga poses, breathing techniques, meditation and many of the underlying principles of the practice which will allow you to continue to grow, learn and take care of your body, mind and soul.

Beautiful Rest - Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra
This session is available online only
8 pm - 9:15 pm
Those two distinct yoga practices within their unique benefits meet in this session. Yin Yoga targets the deep connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia and supports joint health. The poses are hold for a longer time and during this you invited to surrender to the present moment and find stillness and to cultivate your patience. Yoga Nidra often called the yogic sleep, induces a state of deep relaxation. It allows the body and mind to rejuvenate, promoting a sense of profound rest. A wonderful treat after the stretches.
